  • This video is popular on Latvia

  • @altonmiranda49 That's cool. Too bad it's not so popular here. LOL

  • This was really interesting music, subtle themes, great ambience - - I'd be interested in joining or starting a group to do something similar

  • If you're in the Mississippi area, we'd be happy to have you join us. It's strictly a volunteer effort, but it's a lot of fun. :)

  • When and where's the next gig? Im in Nashville. I play guitar and I'd like to be a part of one of these!

  • Mississippi Improv Aliance does a summer, and winter series of four concerts each.

We've just wrapped up our summer series, but the winter series should start some time in February.

The concerts usually are done in or near the Jackson Mississippi area.

If you check the links at the end of the video, you'll be able to contact M!A director, and get on an email list to find out where the next gigs are, however, the director usually selects the musicians for gigs.

    It's volunteer only. :)

  • ure a white man seriously

  • Ya think?

  • Hello all, This video is working, however the view count has frozen at 201 about a week or so ago. Please don't let the low view count mislead you. Other users are encountering the view count freezing problem Hopefully, youtube will have tat little problem resolved soon. In the meantime, enjoy the show.

  • This video...is so trippy. *favourites*

  • I love you're reaction at 31:05 :-D

  • Thanks for sharing this. I've never been a big fan of improv ... but I think you're gradually converting me. I'm fascinated by how the tempo and, in particular, the mood and style seem to organically shift and metamorphose ... and all without any conducting! However, I may be prejudiced, but I feel the theremin supplies a melodic thread running throughout that seems to draw the other instruments' performances together somehow ... the glue that holds the whole thing in one piece!

  • Thanks for the kind words. It took a while for me to get used to improv as well, but it really does grow on you. ;)
