One trillion dollars would provide premium health care for every individual in America for one year. The government could send vouchers to the people and the people could pick their own provider. Then provider would then send the voucher to the government where it would be deducted from the one trillion. Why try to fix that which cannot be fixed? 1) Stimulus packages work nearly immediately, if they work. Bush's $300/taxpayer stimulus ended the 2001 recession in months.
2) Obama's stimulus cost $6300/taxpayer.
3) Obama gave Congress <1 day to read and pass the 2000page bill. If these things take time, why rush it like that?
4) If Obama just cut us each a check for $3K and gave the rest back we'd be out of the recession by now for half the price.
5) Obama is not done spending yet...

I think we have better material than this against Obama. Remember the Democrats tried this against Cheney and nothing happened. The truth was Cheney was a resident of Texas since the 1980's so we did have both a president and v-p from the same state. However, there is documented evidence that Obama stole the nomination from Hillary, questionable fundraising, ties to terrorist' organizations and how every campaign opponent he faced before Nov.'08 had to drop out due to scandal! Sarah Palin Literally doesn;t know what the branches of office are and can't even answer a simple question about politics. She uses her gender looks and religion to get votes and does nothing to hide it. She's a genuinely unintelligent person and that's honestly the nicest way I can say it. Hell she couldn't even answer hannity's questions and it was softball question after softball question. Even many conservatives on fox see how unintelligent she is.

SP, I'm not vouching for Sarah Palin's experience level. I would have liked for John McCain to have picked a v-p candidate with more experience. Since Obama took office we've all seen what a disaster it is when an unqualified and inexperienced person gets elected! However, your judgment of Palin is unfair and based on the liberal media's rabid hatred of her. But you say your fair so honestly answer this. How intelligent do you think Nancy Pelosi is? And how do you think she got her job? Anyone?

I've seen many conservatives bash Palin as well and at this ponit even most conservatives realize how unintelligent she is. As I've said before he's passed one bill and hasn;t even been in office for a year so thus far I don't have a judgement on it. I would say Nancy is fairly intelligent and I definently don't think she has anything going for her in the way of looks.

Well, watch the press conference and see for yourself. And keep this in mind with your harsh judgment of Sarah Palin. Pelosi and Biden have been in office for decades and look at the constant screw-ups they make. Palin has only held state level office for two and a half years and has been on the national scene for less than a year. Can't you give her a break? And I'd still like to know how Pelosi got her job. It sure wasn't based on her qualifications!

You don't seem to get what I'm saying. She is a stupid woman. She literally thinks there is a and I quote department of law. She can't answer a question and her stances are completely radical. For example she thinks a women should not be allowed to get an abortion even if it's incest or rape. She did a terrible job of running Alaska in crime management as well as economically. There's no nice way to say this she's stupid.

Sorry, but I've been having a hell of a good time saying "I told you so". I find it funny how he consistently says one thing while imposing policies that even a child should see cannot possibly achieve those goals.
As long as Hollywood continues to tell people that Obama is the answer, the dumb-masses (said it fast) will continue to obey. It'll be fun to see just how many freedoms, civil liberties, lives and jobs will need to be lost before the American public does the unthinkable and THINK!

Well, one is just a soft way of saying the other. Ever seen Reds? The Warren Beatty character wanted to bring the Russian way of gov't to the US and he called himself a Socialist but Russia was under Communism. Same things are premises of Communism: lifting up the poor people by taking away from the rich, free health care and free higher education (which I haven't heard Obama extol yet but that doesn't mean he won't). It does SOUND good which is why so much of the world subscribed to it for long
