lol I beat him w/ a lvl 11 Pidgey and a lvl 13 Chikorita
kill pidgey with pidgey, then poison pidgeotto and start killing him, when low on health I started spamming synthesis.

South of Violet City is where you can get it which is at Route 31. I guess the remake has given you a sense of relief in providing me a strong electric type.

Neat trick: You can use PokeSav to edit and make your name appear in the normal Latin alphabet rather the Japanese Romaji.
