Been considering starting DDPYOGA for the past few months to help me get healthy and happier with life (used to be fairly athletic, but years of drinking and smoking have turned me into something I'm not proud of), which is how I found your video.
After watching your journey of the past year it's inspired me to make a change for the better and own my life!
