Thank you so much. I finished my 90 days and got amazing results! after I finished i kinda started fading back to my old ways. Before I new it a month after I finished p90x i gained 5 of the 23 pounds I lost. my 6pack was fading so then I started doing some of the videos again. Your right I kind of just do them as i choose day by day and began eating healthy again. Thanks for the advice!
I was hooked after my first workout. I love the feeling I get after I workout. Plus, exercise is so beneficial. People might laugh at you, but who is going to be laughing when the zombie apocalypse breaks out? Keep that in mind.
Hey dude, You should check out Mens Health. They have tons of great fitness circuits laid out, nutrition info, everything. I want to get P90X and after I finish, continue with other circuits and fitness options. Yoga, Rock climbing, mens health circuits, hiking, kayaking, the stuff I've always wanted to do basically. Keep up the good stuff man, more power to ya! I hope you see this and check it out, it's a highly reputable publication. I'm a big fan, been reading for over a year.
I'm not saying it's bad, its better than nothing. BUT it doesnt utilize the big muscles of the body (legs) thru a full range of motion. These muscle consume lots of calories, unlike swimming which does not put the legs thru a full range of motion. It mainly uses the shoulders and some of the arms. These muscles just don't burn that many calories. The resistance work is not effective;save your energy for lifts in the gym.
great video. you are preaching exactly what being active is all about. just keep moving and stay consistent. Listen, if you consistently sit around and do nothing you will gain weight and be outta shape, if you consistently move and are active you will lose weight. if you are fat and lazy then most likely what you are doing on a consistent basis is wrong, so doing the opposite like exercise is most likely right. To be consistent I have to have the structure and Beachbody gives me that structure
good advice man, just like over eating or any other habits become part of our life, getting into a fitness mindset is the same, it becomes part of the daily routine. You have to keep working if you want to keep what you have worked so hard to earn! Good stuff Jason, as always!

Swimming is not good cardio...simply changing ur workout is not going to cause changes, u have to increase the intensity, not just change
p90x4lifewaswrong 2 years ago
Ofcourse, if you never increased intensity you would never achieve better results.
However, you make a very bold statement and I am going to guess you have never done a Real swimming workout.
Swimming offers incredible cardio work in addition to light resistance.
I am a competitive swimmer and have many years experience with how effective the cardio is.
Keep Pushing Foward.

swimming can be intense..but it does not burn as many calories as sprinting would. sorry dude03123...those are just the facts.
