This video reminds me of a hypothetical situation i once read about top fuel drag racing. If you could put a top fuel dragster on the start line and somehow have another regualr car hit the line at green going 200mph, the dragster would overtake it at the 8th mile mark and beat it by several lengths. I'm not a fan of drag racing but it's cool to hear such facts sometimes.
i find it funny how my mums volvo s60 has the same size engine as the formula 1 v8 cars, and by 2013, my mums vovlo s60 will have 0.8 liters more than a formula 1 4 cylinder..
Yup, really awful driver. He only helped Ferrari develop the most crushingly dominant Grand Prix cars from 2000-2004 as their chief test driver by being rubbish eh
Did Bador used to have a different helmet design? As it doesn't look like his trademark yellow one in this video, looks more like the one Nicola Larini used to wear!
If I was being unkind, I'd say that Badoer might've well have driven a Fiat Bravo when he substituted for Massa this season just gone, for all the pace he had..
ford has done this before aswell - with jeremy clarkson in a ford puma, colin mcrae in a ford focus wrc and johnny herbert in a steward for f1 car. think it was after this though
LOL mercedes did a version of this is 2008 between a c-class, clk 55 amg, dtm car, and a f1 car round silverstone but the f1 car had to make a pit stop aswell and still won
I know all the informations you've asked to correct. The first car is a Fiat Bravo driven by Luca Badoer. The second car, driven by Eddie Irvine is not a Ferrari 575 but a 550 Maranello and finally the Schumacher formula 1 is the Ferrari F310 the first one with the 10 cilinders engine! This video is really great!
The man on the Bravo was Doriano Borsari, a test driver of development department, on 550 was Dario Benuzzi, the first test driver of that, and finally on the F1 was Eddie Irvine...don't believe at everything you see...sorry for my english..
its the 1996 ferrari f310, the number 1 is still on it as michael was the champ in 1995, must be the second half of the year though due to the raised nose on it!
Bravo hgt was the best car there :)

Must have been something very popular during the 90s. McLaren did something similar, to represent Mercedes and Stewart did the same for Ford...

In reality, the street car was faster than this Ferrari of 1996. What a lame car. However, it looks pretty good.
