@thedon1098 Sorry but I don't see impingment of the ball and socket because the rhomboid is retracting with no resistance load. Now, if she was bending at the waist with her arms fully in supination; that would be stressful on the joint, but she is upright standing. Most therapist I know refer to "empty cans" as the arm rotated internally (pronation), so I'm not sure what you mean about "Heavy Cans".
