For those of you who don't know, Ben Burley filed a law suit again Aaron Fink and Mark Klepaski saying they made unilateral and unauthorized decisions on behalf of the band, including giving permission in May for the new recording and remix of "Blow Me Away" without his consent. Ben has now fired both the guitarist and the bassist from the band and now it is only Ben himself and Chad Szelgia (drummer) left in the band.

yeah, they have a 5 record deal/contract signed to hollywood records. if they do release their 5th album, it will either be 2012 or 2011, cause they usually make albums pretty fast. a year or two of touring and they're back in the studio.

Its not going to matter.. This will be the last record and probably the last tour. They had a 4 record deal with Hollywood.. Ben hates touring and when you listen to the lyrics of this album, all signs point to it being the last. I'd expect to see him working with other bands as he was but not independently anymore. Sad but true..

I'm not sure you can think of it along the lines of this song is a mix of this and add a dash from that.On a writing level, music is what ever the writer is at the time. I think you're going to find once you delve into the CD as a whole it may be similar b/c it is the same person writing but you're trading rawness for depth. I think this CD will have much more lyrical significance as appose to previous ones. So IMO it is important to judge this and each Cd (not just BB) on their own merit.

Eh, I Will Not Bow is a pretty solid lead single for anything from the last 2 records, but I wish they would branch out a little bit. Listening to every band member go "yeah.. were just doing the same thing we have always done" "writing the same stuff, just a little sharper" really bums me out. I want to feel like they are trying as a band, and even though I Will Not Bow is a good song, I feel like they aren't even trying anymore, just rehashing the same ideas.
