fml I have been looking for this song forever. Some tool mistakenly labeled it as 'Outer Heaven' from the MGS4 soundtrack on a youtube vid then deleted it anyway. Seriously, I heard this song about a year ago and never managed to find it. And I totally stumbled on it out of nowhere just now. AND IT IS WONDERFUL. Bittersweet + Celtic = Instant success.

It's funny. All the metal gear solid games are like a cirkel. The correct order of the games are MGS 3,1,2 and 4. If you're near the end of MGS4, you think back to how it all started and you just want to play MGS3 and the other games again to go through the story again. And it never gets old or you never get bored. Some people I know are too dumb to play MGS. They rather QS in COD and I'm sure if they ever got their hands on MGS, they wouldn't like it. Too bad for them. MGS is a beautiful serie.

This game's soundtrack was rated the best ever with FF9 no.2, id personally put ff9 above mgs but with tracks like this u can understand why it was rated the best. Truely a great game and a superb soundtrack that perfectly captured the mood, atmosphere and themes that surrounded Shawdow Moses. Again not my fav game that goes to FF7 but this is definetely no.2 and not by far. Solid Snake is a legend full stop.

i played MGS from 1-4 and every time i got the new version and saw Snake. i would say wow how old he got. by the time i finished 4.. i relaized how time flyed for me as well. some us grew up with snake. and MGS was the most beutiflest story i could say to ever played i mean. as you go along as snake. the memories he has in the game r mine. the people in the game give you an emostinal feeling as well... damn i guess what i am trying to say is i miss u snake

There is a video on youtube somewhere that has the Gaelic words and their translations in the info bit (top right). In my own opinion, the original MGS for PS was the best. The story line was truer to life, the characters and equipment were believable, the story line was epic and the layout of the game itself just suited this style of gaming. Best one of the lot, better graphics do not always make a better game.
