The only ones I typed out were ICP and Twiztid. I'll send you a message on how you can get the basic idea of the others though. But to anyone else wondering, I've added another link to the description of this video. There are some formulas from older games, the morphings won't work but at least you'll get the basic idea of the face paint.

You need a deivce for saves such as a Gameshark or Action Replay Max. Each thing has it's own instructions, but basicly you plug it into your comp, send the file to the device, then plug the device to your PS2 and send the save a memory card.

Meh, some will agrue 06 is better. I don't really know. 07 has better stuff, but a billion glitches and retarded mistakes. Just save up for 08. That should be out in a few months. It seems REALLY good.

I made them all myself in CAW mode.

To unlock the ECW arena you have to win a Money in the Bank match on ledgend difficulty.
