you know what sets "Dead Island" apart? The "human Element" they tried so hard to put into the game, the music actually makes you feel nostalgic and sad for what the zombie outbreak has done to your world in the game.

this game had so much going for it with this trailer and everything. I was hoping for a emotional experience becasue lets face it we don't get very many of those in a video game. Sadly the game has little to no story so you never feel connected to the characters your playing as or the characters around you.

Wow really good music plus good gameplay this game was really underestimated by a bunch of people including myself saying that it's like a left 4 dead clone mixed with dead rising in a way but actually seeing the great masterpiece this game is im totally surprise and shock to see a game this beautiful and that one small company is not that big but they accomplish something, most big companies don't do now a days its kind of disappointing but then again we are witnessing what creativity can do :)

@SoulReapper92 From what I've played it does a bit. I've seen a man kill his wife, father, brother and sister. I've seen a husband tell me to take his wife from him because he is infected, then I had to kill him. I've seen people kill themselves...although the game is great, it really makes you feel sorry for those people. Even though they are imaginary :P
