this happened on the 710 north bound @ firestone bl. city of south gate california , some part of the freeway was under construction sorprisinly the accident was caused by a semi truck that wasn't payin attention,on this freeway you never let your guard down !!!
There is no way to Identify the Patient no name mentioned and nothing was said that could have brung the patients Identity to the public. Look up the "HIPPA Law"
I believe this is an overreaction to the HIPPA law...The patient is in public view and not on private property. There is no way to ID the patient, nor was his or her name / condition made public. Still, news media can report basic patient condition/ info without fear of repercussion in this type of incident, especially if a crime is involved. Lots of folks seem to have things confused in regards to these types of things.
but it is in the fire scene. the area should be closed off enough that you are unable to get that kind of video/picture. its professional courtesy to not take footage of stuff like that.
They don't close scenes like this to professional photogs out here in California... Professional courtesy applies to safety personnel - all personnel on this scene were afforded courtesy.... the incident commander wanted the scene documented due to the unusual nature of the rescue. Great for review and after action reporting.

Um, ouch! Serious question, how are you able to post a video with a patient in it? My Chief said we can get into serious trouble for doing that.
