i have both truck...i prefer my axial cauz it s less wide and have better center of gravity but...the wheely king still a realy nice crawler too...!!! it depend on wath mods you gave it...oh and the axial tranny is realy more precis

both are good. Wheely King requires more work, so if you like to Tinker and have something different than everyone else go with a WK, if you want to get crawling quick and do some competition crawling go with the AX10

prices can range from $200 for a stock wheely king (the blue ones a modded wheely king) to $1000+ its just like everything else, there are levels of obsession and it just depends on how obsessed you become.

well i guess it depends on which grp tire, but theyre not made for crawling so id imagine theyre pretty hard. Id recommend the losi claws, theyre 40 bucks for 4, and work great.

what exactly has been done to the axial? it's doing some things that from the looks of it wouldn't be possible with mine even after mods. just the vertical climbs and stuff mine would tip back and roll.

When this was filmed a while ago, just a rooster crawler esc,55t motor striaght axle kit, lower body and some wheel weights. but now the axial is completly differnt its rc4x4crawlers car, and ive built a custom axial! check out my other vids for the new rig.

yay, it gives you the comp legal wheelbase of 12.5in. which is the same lengh as in the vid.

Made it, used 6-32 all thread and traxxas driveshafts, and extended the 3 link with 4-40all thread. When this was made the conversion kit wasnt out yet.

well most of them have 55t high torque motors with low gearing,perfect for crawling, but some have brushless and other setups like the new scorpion rtr which is much quicker. its mostly just what the driver wants with their style of driving. Thanks.
