I am from Mexico and migas, is a soup made with stale bread in a broth of garlic and chili morrita. Typically for breakfast and known to be a hangover cure. :-) The Tex-Mex version looks good too.

Migas in Spain are a very different thing,  but this Mexican version looks even more apealling to me.

@hilahcooking There are diferent recipes depending on the part of Spain: Migas andaluzas, extremeñas, manchegas... some are made with corn flour, some with wheat flour, typical ones are made with stale bread. Have a look in tourspain org for a recipe in English, so you get the idea.
