i have the same office chair i got from staples.... it only like a year and a half , i just leaned back half way and my left arm rest just snapped in the same place

My air system broke just today on mine, Now when i sit down is sinks to the lowest setting, And when you pull the lever it wont rise.....WTF $200 leather computer chair.....thanks staples

my chair has a crack in the hand just like that I fixed it by drilling holes in the handle around the crack then screwed on some metal brackets I made a custom one out of the metal pieces that cover the horizontal slots on the back of the computer case and drilled holes in it
