The human brain see's 3 dimensional objects because it works with two eyes. The brain is divided by two, which is why even if you close one eye, you can still see 3 Dimensional objects. Notice, as you close one eye and switch to the other, you get 2 points of view. Then when you open them both, you get a 3rd point of view; both views put together. That's how the 3D in the 3DS works. It takes two camera angles, and when you put up the 3D slider, you get another image that is 3 dimensional.

You're really making progress, so let me try and explain--if you have a 3DS, or one of Sprint's new 3D phones, you have to look at it from the right angle to percieve the two simaltaneous versions of each image as 3D. If multiple people look at it from different angles, it would appear blurry, so Nintendo only allows 2D footage to be shown. There is a slider on the unit that turns 3D on & off.

it sucks i played it so many times and my eyes hurt. the only way you can play it without hurting your eyes is to hold it in a your hand very carefully without moving it and trust me that is impossible to do when you are playing a fun game.
