Napoli may have to bid for Lucas if they lose Marek Hamsik, Ezequiel Lavezzi, and/or Edinson Cavani to Chelsea or Manchester City. Chelsea and Man City would pay at least 50 million euros for Hamsik/Lavezzi/Cavani, so Napoli could easily offer Sao Paulo 25 million for Lucas.
