Hell yeh i WAS an Incase fanboy when i had my iPhone 3gs and 3g because the one's i had fitted perfectly TBH,I have held off getting this one because i use SS's all the time and i don't like case's that lift them,so on that note i will hold off getting one for my IP4 this time rnd,Shame that it has this issue,But what you do want to do Ashley is get the Casecrown Metalic Glider,Cheap as chip's,Doe's not lift SS's AT ALL :),I have the Orange one,My No:1 Case full stop,Take a look @ my video on it
It looks like you cut out the part of the video where you remove the case. Was it hard to take off? Because that was one of my complaints about the case.

Slider case for the iphone is not recommended because they WILL scratch the surface.
Snap-in cases is the better option.
