Haha weird in quebec you have to have a car license but anyways i am 14 i got my skidoo at 13 and if you don't go in trails (lakes, saint-lawrence, rivers...) there's no problem. I paid 500$ needed to repair the brakes, lights and change the bridge anyways it was a project this is not about being rich. Its about fun and spending time repairing between dad and son i think every one should have their own thing broken then have fun repairing it and see the result
