this is a nice video. the video I had made the rice is not cooked seperately it is cooked after you fry all the potatoes, collaflower, chicken, etc whatev you put in there. but very well done. it looks way good. >
@sneezln , The rice is not cooked separately at all in this recipe, it is added to the already fried eggplants and the precooked meat, all layered in the pot and then you cooked all together. this way the rice will get the flavor of the meat and the friend eggplants of whichever vegetables you are using. thanks for coming by, watching and leaving a comment.

@msbaihat , you may use any rice of your choice, such as long grain or basmati rice, but i like to use short grain rice also knows as "Egyptian rice" . Sunwhite is great to use with this recipe too.
you should let the water boil wyth the spices. just to let you know. then toss the hot water wyth spices in it in. so much more tasty. the spices go all through the meal. Way bomb. my moms is the best magloobeh maker in jordan and america. she makes it wyth chicken collaflower, potatoes, and rice. leben and a wonderful arabic salad. mmmm mmmm good.

thanks for putting the recipe out for everyone. don't you think there was excess of broth? - i thought the rice wasn't fluffy at the end. but anyway, we also add potato sometimes to the recipe - in addition to cauliflower, eggplant and tomatoes.
Gahgeer, the amount of broth that was added was just right and the rice came out fluffy and done all the way. you can add any type of vegetables to it , it is all up to you..but this is how i usually make it. :)
Heaveno akhi, No you don't have to put a tin or thick plate and remember cooking is an art and this video will give you an idea but all depends of your talent as an artist.
