Hey @twinmuscleworkout I'm somewhere between an ectomorph and an mesomorph. I'm having trouble gaining weight; i hit the gym 6 times a week and i take whey protein before and after workout. My bodyfat is around 6%. I'm literally eating until i feel like puking everytime i get my protein food, but keep in mind, i'm eating healthy. My question is: Should i start eating more junkfood that have somewhat low carbs? (KFC, Mcdonalds, more fatty foods basically)
From day Fucking one you have been advised to lift heavy with low reps but for some fucked up reason its taken you this long to wake the fuck up! stop being little Bitches and having a cry about snapping shit up! working out isn't supposed to be easy and life is about taking risks, that's how you succeed!
@twinmuscleworkout i think you guys should arch your upper back a little more and keep your shoulder blades tucked in this should minimiz the path the bar has to travel and also put the weight more on your traps then your traps this will rid of shoulder injury and increase your bench once you get use to it. for two years ive had on and off shoulder injury every time my weight increases to a certian amount im recovering from on right now but i made those adjustment and now i feel no pain at all.
@haidino06 yea but the way im talking about you wont feel it in your lower back at all the weight will pressure will be on the traps they'll be good as long as their butt dont come off the bench

@562ole stamina? yes. which is useless for them since it is not what they want to do. and there is no such thing as "toning" if you want to bring out the muscle do drop sets and lower your body fat.
Although I have been in agreement with all the other vids I dont see any differance with this routine than doing incline bench Besides I workout alone and this seemed unsafe without a spotter.But thats just my opinion everyone can do whatever the fuck you wanna do

@HynoticPrime Switch up the routine, try doing something more strength oriented like 5x5 or triples and doubles like a powerlifter trains. Get all your assisting muscles stronger too, tris traps n forearms all limit your bench. Good luck man!

5x5 is stressful on ur joints if uve already got joint problems. couple that with guillotine presses/to the neck presses, shit is gonna be real hard on ur shoulder joints
chest gets bigger but strength stays the same? i'm the opposite.

Funny! this exactly what i am doing: 5x5 and 3x10 for the bench press. 1mn rest. 3/4 days rest.
The pump is not big as before but I really see some muscle grow in less than 2 weeks.
