Hi im working on an animation and I just need 1 tip, "What do I set the smoothing of the brush too?" When I set it to any it looks realy messy please help.
@Eggyfartscartoons I recommend you post your question in a forum like the one at FlashKit dot com, because we don't have that version in our studio anymore. Good luck!
@Eggyfartscartoons I use smoothing on 40 - 45. It doesn't do an excellent job, but it gets the smoothest line for my style and technique. Even so, there is usually a lot of line clean up to do regardless.
Nice - I'd love to see a timelapse of the entire animation process- like the "Animating Citrapop" one I did. :D I'm assuming these are just the keys you have here?
@awinchell Thanks! Yeah, I would like to see that, too. And yes, this is just the keys, and I suppose we should have said so, but we didn't want to get all wordy.

Artists must have been a dime a dozen to draw all the inbetweens.

@RATHAHONNI Apparently they weren't, because the inbetweens still are not done!

Traditional 2d animation cannot be beaten and flash is a great tool for it,too bad many artits go for the symbol/motion tween animation approach.

@ Spazumify
Oh yeah, it's done every day, just not by us. We're more into the classic style of Warner Bros. and MGM cartoons.

Could you do this with anime too?
