if the batch of bhut jelly turns out right i will gladly send you some. i have'nt made pepper jelly since 2007. that one was made from fatalis. i used way to much pepper and not enough pectin. it was a disaster. but i'll try to get this one right and send some your way. i know that if anyone will make use of it you will. keep making the great videos!

Never had a chilli Jelly/Jam before. Hey, I made some homemade Potatoe soup other night and threw some dried jabenero peppers crushed up into it mixed with a pound of bacon. Awesome stuff, turned out pretty damn good.

great video. i think i'm gonna make a bhut jolokia jelly. just harvested hundreds off of 10 plants. i made a chocolate habanero jelly in 2004. it was soo hot but so good. thanks for giving me a good idea!

I got the spiced cranberry one a couple of years ago for christmas, and it was definitely one of the best chili products I had ever had. Fully recommend that one, too. Not as hot as the Dorset Naga (the cranberry one has red habs), but still great.

yea, but as Tim says,, it goes away for a while with the food but then the naga kicks in and cmes back over the Top, if want more heat put a Spoonful in as well :-D  its Not Over the Top heat But a Decent Whack..
