Build a VM and use the Win7 voice recognition that built into the OS. If you've got a lappy or a desktop, there will be an OEM key on the device somewhere. Use it and save yourself the headache.

How is this a demo? I have yet to see anyone actually use Julius for speech 2 text purpose. Linux sucks.
