Project64 is good, but you can't use tilts.

Yes you can, you just gotta find the way to do them. For example, i do them on the keyboard by just pressing really fast the uparrow and the A button, or just doing something else before the tilt and keep the directional key pressed. On joystick is easier, even without a stick. Is the same thing, pressing really fast the up and a button ressults as an UpTilt :D!
