Those are actually my 2nd and 3rd batches of wine, if you count the hard pear cider I made prior to that. The rasberry is now bottled, the blueberry is still fermenting.
how many pounds of berries did you use?and also sugar and water.I made some blueberry wine about a year ago and if it hadnt been too sweet,I would of loved it.I used the recipe out of the ec krauss catalog.thanks for your help
I used fruit puree from Oregon Fruit, apple cider and tossed in some grapes for good measure.
