I used to have a Postman Pat audio cassette including the stories "Postman Pat on The Run" and "Pat Bakes a Cake" with the extended version of the theme song at the start and end of the cassette.

ok, can someone help me please? when i was a very little girl, there was a postman pat tape where Pat, Sara and Julian went on holiday, Audio Book. All i remember about it is it was raining when they set off and they had to go on a train to get to the seaside or something. Is that audio uploaded or does anyone know the one i mean?

Bear in mind i was a little girl and now almost 28 so i dont remember ALL the details

I remember that Pat went to Brighton and Pat trained a replacement.

It ended with Jess stuck up a tree. I can even remember the music.

Oh my! Used to have this cassette, I think my parents might have thrown it out after having to listen to it many many times. For some reason I actually have an Mp3 of a really clear version of Travelling Music, I have no idea where it came from either!

Out of interest, what make of tape deck is this?

I forgot to say! It's a Kenwood cassette deck KX1010, and the best part of it was it was free, out of a skip ;-) Also can be seen in my video 'Look around my VT room of 1970~90s machines'.

I used to have a red cassette with all of these songs on it, except for the travelling music. It came from the school book club I think. Out of interest, the travelling music seems very familiar, where was it used in the program? As he was travelling around the valley (silly question)?
