Plus the fact that during the years Elvis was touring, Jimmy Page would be actively touring with Zeppelin, and he wouldn't look the way he did in this video, so yeah, it's fake, and it was obviously never meant to be taken seriously anyway.

Well, John Paul Jones was one of the best studio bassists in England in the 60's , so i think Jones was one of the best men you could get to do this job. One more thing who was great about Jones is that HE was the one who was most serious in his job, as a musican in Led Zeppelin.
