  • pls wat about t mobile. will a triband phone work with it

  • @adezababaoo1

It's probably best to get a quadband phone

  • I really wish watch phone sellers would take the plunge and actually wear the watch in the video....until that happens I have no idea how big this watch is

  • plz how good is the sound quality on hands free or speaker mode?. i've a different version of this exact phone and it annoys anyone i call.

i can hear them perfectly, but unfortunately they cant really hear me if am not on head phones or bluetooth .

now i wish to order the same phone but from chinavasion. plz advise.. am in the uk

  • I was asking if the mobile quality will be worse, if I use triband because I heard people say that triband in the United States is worse quality than quadband, so please if you can send me some links to any quadband watches you might be selling.

  • Hi coolrichard,

In regards to your question, the reason some people have difficulty with tri-band phones is because it will only receive one of the frequencies used in the US (850MHz and 1900MHz) instead of two.

So people are right in saying that quad band phones are a safer bet in the US than tri-band as, if the provider doesn't work for one frequency the phone will just use the other.

I have sent you a link to our quad band cell phones if you are interested.

  • However, if you are looking at using the AT&T prepaid plan I think triband should be sufficient.

I'm saying this because, according to the resource site GSM World (I will also include this link in my PM) AT&T only transmits on the 1900MHz signal.

  • i have at&t and was planing on buying this phone. so if i buy it as soon as i put my sim card in it will be able to make and receive calls, sms, and mms? and browes the internet? i dont have to adjust any internet settings or mms settings?

  • Hi clebervic,

All you need to do once you get this phone is enter your SIM card and you're good to go. If you have any problems with it at all we will help you out as quickly as we can, just send an email to support @ chinavasion . com (without the spaces) and put product question into the subject line

  • Will it be worse quality or something?

  • Hi coolrichard,

I'm not sure I understand your question, is it in regards to the signal the phone receives? If you want to check out the specs for the watch phone you can click on that link in the description box, to the right of the video.

We are more than happy to answer any emails you have, just send them to support @ chinavasion . com (without the spaces) and tell them it is in regards to the watch phone CVSL-104

  • Ummm I live in the United States currently, and I am wondering if At&t (a cellphone company) supports triband??

  • Hi coolrichard,

Triband simply means the number of frequencies the phone will work on. This particular model is compatible with the GSM frequencies 900MHz, 1800MHz and 1900MHz.

As AT&T uses the frequency 1900MHz so this watch phone should work on the AT&T network.

  • i have already one of these watch phones and this model is the second.I wait to receive it and i'm sure will be fantastic;) fives stars;)
