it's part of the high fashion market because the fabrics are extremely expensive and designers must use their own money, hence models are skinny (but the majority of the models are naturally thin)...

it also depends on your height and what market you're in, from plus-size to commericial to high fashion (different variations, different ideals of "models")

although i urge you not to frown upon individuals who are "too skinny" (in your view point), as they're beautiful individuals as well! you shouldn't hate on someone just because you aren't them or they don't fit your ideal!!

Being a Fashion Model, you sometimes have to "bare" your body. Somalia is a country where the main religion is Islam, therefore, in the quran (holy book) women are advised to dress modestly. It does allow Fashion, however,women who "display" their bodies like Yasmin are sometimes frowned upon by some ppl - Not all! I hope this answers your question.
