Well Phoebe, let me explain. She has a good voice and she exudes sincerity. You can tell that she is who and what she says she is. And like Gina Glocksen, she does own the stage she is on.

I agree she does not have Melinda's voice, but having the best voice doesn't necessarily win this. If it was just best voice alone, then Melinda would win running away.

If you can't perform, you don't sell records/CD's.
