Very very cool looking room kev, I noticed you mentioned that the full robo bust helmet is removable , notmsure about that kev unless youmare talking about another one that Fred is doing , the one I have seen you can not remove , and if you can't get the silver thing for vader from sideshow , and you are brave enough to twist the other one off , he'll I can mold it for you and make you one

Wow, beautiful collection and presentation. Do you ever wonder though about the halogen's damaging the collectibles because of the heat? Maybe something to consider, I guess you have to remember to shut them off. Well done though man. My modest collection includes the Alien Warrior from Sideshow and soon, The Big Chap which I recently pre-ordered. Tell me, you must be very excited about that one, since the detailing is just as crisp as the Warrior and it is so tall!

You should recast and paint up one of those silver studs, would be a simple one part mold. You could get a kit from 'smooth-on' and then spray paint it silver.

A simple way to reproduce that part!

Also just to add mate, do you think mirrored backs to your cases would maybe enhance the figure off even more as then you could see a full view of them if you like ;)

@Ganbareg Personally I'm not a fan of mirrored backs, yes, they show you the back of the figure but it also refelcts the rest of the room. I prefer the clean and SIMPLE look with as much space as possible around each figure, if it's too cluttered you can't focus on any one thing.

really smart collection there mate, just one questio though, what about heat off the lamps do they emit much heat, i worry about drying up of paints etch, maybe thinking to much on it but pricey items to say the least :)

@Ganbareg The lights do get a little warm, I don't know if this would cause any long term damage.

It's very rarely I switch them on, and when I do it's only for short periods so I would imagine I'm OK.

Only thing I could say is to paint your lighting wires the color of your walls so they blend in. I hate cords

Don't think paint would work though, I might try and get white cords and plugs.

The room looks amazing Kevin...its a great size and those cabinets are perfect (i need to save for those this year). The lighting makes the pieces really stand out...like a true Movie Museum. C3PO is on my wish list....and also that upcoming Light Cycle from Tron would look super cool. I think i need to spend some money on the display aspect of my collection this year. To be honest i think i have one of the largest 1/4 scale collections on youtube but its all boxed away!

@VegasDannyReturns Buying cabinets is not something I want to do, I don't think anybody does. But if you want somewhere to put your stuff you have to bite the bullet!

The cabinets, to date, have cost me almost £2500, with that sort of money I could have bought 3PO, Fett and the 1:2 scale Iron Man, but I have no choice if I want to keep collecting :(

Hey Man! Love your new display.... It looks neat and organized, specially because it is not overwhelming like a lot of collector's rooms out there. I like the variety of pieces you have and I think you'll love PZ bust. I don't have it ause I have the PF but I saw it at the Con and it is amazing. I have only so much space so I won't be able to get too many more pieces. I'm getting really picky now....

Amazing! Well done. Where's your second room? lol. It's a pain about the darth vader piece but come to think of it, the 1/6 figure doesn't have a silver piece there on that side, its black. When you come to move things around, you know change you mind on the arrangement, I think you should keep the blasters where they are on top of that storage unit.
