I know that this comment has nothing to do with the subject at hand but since I am using an older PIV 2.2GHz my problem has been excessive cpu usage while watching youtube videos. But while watching this one my cpu usage was only 20-30%! What kind of software are You using to do the screencasts? What are the specks of the video to optimized the video quality while saving on the cpu usage. Thanks for the video it relly helps a lot.
