whenever I walk past the old Tradition records location at 131 Christopher St (it's a flower shop now) in the West Village on my way to the White Horse Tavern I think about the boys......wish I could have stopped up to say hello back in the 60's or hoisted a few cold ones with them over at the White Horse...
Yep and then the legends of Irish music all held hands to sing will you go lassie go and the Parting glass as he was lowered down they did it again at Liam's funeral the clips are all up on youtube.

Apparently the crowd sung this at Paddy's funeral - led by his son as they carried the coffin from the church.
