I doubt that anyone has any laser weapons that can actually harm anyone since the gun would have to produce a beam of light that would be so hot and concentrated that the gun would melt before it could shoot the beam, unless of course it was made of a certain material, which of course a metal that has a really high melting point any any would make it hard to make the gun and it would probably be extremely heavy.
