It is incredible to me to think of all the millions of dollars people have won from the stupidest things... Spilling coffee on themselves and such. I am not in the complete know of your situation ,but I have seen enough video's to know a little. How is this possible? I can't even imagine how this can be justified.
Hi heoriginalanomaly, It only exposes the corrupted behavior of the legal system when it comes to certain huge corporate companies that have their resources in place, and of course this is the U.K. not the USA, course it does not help when one publishes on the Internet what they think of the legal system in the UK and is aware of their conniving behavior.
It all boils down to having the money to get justice of course the cunning arseholes extract all the information about the Claimants' financial status.
Of having the ability to sue them, we give them all the information they request never thinking that the arseholes will use it against us. But of course there are not many Solicitors' in this country that will dare cross Costco that goes for the political parties and all.
The way I see it this company nearly took both of our lives because we have exposed them for their incompetence and extreme negligence there corrupted buddies is trying to show us how evil they are prepared to stoop for their idle the golden goose. There is a lot to learn from this accident whether we the public want to acknowledge their behavior or wait until it is your turn.

The law is an arse. justice is a joke in this country. Has been since the beginning.
I feel for you both and hope for your best. Do what you believe right, MORALS overide all LAW.
I admire you and think you brave for making a stand against what should have been an open and shut case.
