  • i broke my ankle skating and everytime i do something i used to do it hurts a bit if i stick to these would it be back like it used to be ??

  • @562ole Yeah dude It works. I've been having ankle problems for about a year and I've been doing this and a couple ankle stretches I found. It helps a lot.

  • @23myhoops fall down and take as much stress off the ankle as you can. also, you have to learn how to properly break fall.

  • I find that the best way to strengthen them is to just tap your foot up and down and over time they will get stronger.

    I have very weak and loose ankles due to dancing and pointe work and they are they shake when i walk and i often sprain them

  • I was told that the first two exercises shown here will help to loosen your ankles; not strengthen them

  • @snowdrop18jb try it standing up it helps. sitting, probably won't do much.

  • @snowdrop18jb it "loosens" ur ankles by making them more flexible and "strengthens" ur ankles by building up the muscles around ur ankles. both flexibility and muscle strength reduces risk of injury.

    I hade one big ankle injury while i played baskteball. After that I had an injury every 1-2 months, I also weard bandages it didnt help. After 2 years of horror with injuries i stopped playing b-ball. Do you think that maybe after 6 months of only ankle trainig i could go back and play injury free?
