Well, you say "nobody messes with my luggage" and then you adjust your bra. So, the meaning switches from luggage in the literal sense to a euphemistic sense.... which creates a double entendre. :) This is actually something which is done a great deal in American TV comedy because it lets people make jokes they wouldn't normally be able to make.
