This is actually my favorite movie. It was unique, and the music was catchy. I can't see why you thought pavi was annoying. He was one of my favorite characters. Also, almost everything ive seen about this movie treated paris hilton's character as a main character, but i saw her as being fairly minor.
i love the movie for its design and how its a goth/rock opera,in my opinion 9/10 but some people are just picky about the film,i see no bad thing about it except that it could have been probably better but its still a great film.

Repo! The Genetic Opera>Repo Men. repo! was wicked awesome. i love the music and the art...it could have been tighter, which possibly would have givin a larger audience...but it's still a must watch.
I can understand how someone may not like it, but seriously, this movie was AMAZING. It's called a "Goth Opera" by Graverobber himself, so it may be more directed towards a certain kind of audience. I must agree with whgwcd though; Repo! really was a unique kind of movie - you generally don't see operas all about the dark side of humanity & the struggles they go through. All in all, Repo! the Genetic Opera was fantastic. Recommend it, big time. :)

More like a huge cult thing. Really, you like Infected best? Not usually an opinion I hear. I would probably say Needle Into a Bug is one of my favorites even though it's only in the credits. Repo! is amazing. I strongly recommend it. It is very weird, but that's what makes it great.

well i saw it and although it wasn't the BEST quality after you know that they had almost no budget for it it makes sence, for one of the sceneces there was a small fire in a different part of the set and they were told to keep going lol but yea its nor of.. a cult ish thing i guess lol

i saw 'Repo! the genetic opera' on monday and i am hooked! i love the music and the story, everything! But i agree with you that this movie is not for everybody and not everybody will like it, but i loved it 8D
My opinon on comic based movies are alright. The only movies that were worth watching have been. Sin City, 300, The Dark Night, yes and no for Tank Girl. (It was bad-ass to have one of Jamie Hewitt's comics come to life on the screen. But it could've had just a bit more zest. Still worth a few views. ) Not too crazy about a lot Marvel movies.
@theanimefreak22222 Thank God will never see a Glee'Repo muscial number'. I saw the R.H.P. one and was highly disappointed. They just couldn've try to have more of a original character feel to any of the actors.
I think Repo is pretty good in it's own way. It wasn't in theaters where I live when it was first came out. I heard of it a top 13 list of worst songs and made me want to see it just once to see if it's ok. It's like a Sweeney Todd with rock-opera music and with a Rocky horror cult in my opinion.
I really don't understand (at all) how this movie so polarizes viewers opinions. People either fanatically love it, or never want to see it again. I have seen the movie, when my roommate bought the DVD. She only told me it was a "Sweeney Todd-ish Rock-Opera". I loved it. I spent the next two days humming the songs and re-watching clips on youtube when I could. I was floored to find it had been received so poorly in boxoffice. How is it I can find Repo! amazing, while others can barely stand it?
i watched repo at a party because my friend loves it and i'll freely admit that when i first started watching it i didnt really likeit because previously i saw a part of it... i think it was thankless job and i wasnt prepared for the blood and gore so i didnt have a very favorable opinion of it, but when i sat down and watched the whole movie start to finish i surprised myself by absolutely loving it
i saw parts of it ecause my mom wont let me watch it. since i am a sweeney todd fan, i thought id give this a try, from the parts that i saw, it was so weird from any other musical. i watch so many musicals.

I agree with you on many parts. I thought that the Largo brothers had so much more potential. There were a few things that you didn't mention about the movie that I would like to point out.
The song "seventeen" was totally wrong for the movie. It just went in the opposite direction of the rest of the movie and it totally ruined the mood for me. The other thing that I didn't like were the sound effects. The sound effects in "Mark It Up" and the effects while Nathan was killing people were bad.
@RealLifeRotti I love the movie and was devastated that these things got through and I thought that these made the movie better. I thought that the music was great throughout, excluding "seventeen" and "Mark It Up". I also think that they should have kept the 20 minute subplot with GraveRobber. I love the movie to death and it will remain one of my favorites.
Personally,I loved the movie some of the characters were unlikable but the movie to me was one of my greatest achievements I'm trying something new. But opinions are opinions
I will admit, I can see why a lot of people wouldn't like it, but... If you're a huge music person, regardless of genre, then you should enjoy the songs pretty well...
By the way, the "guy with the face" is Pavi, and the other brother is Luigi (sp?), and the song is "Infected".
I'm a huge fan of Repo personally, but then again, I'm a theater person, and I love Rocky Horror Picture Show. It's for people who like different.

You should inform them about the movie,and what its about,along with naming the best things and the bad things,which you sort of left out.
i respect your individual opinion, but what you have to remember is that they didn't really have much of a budget, most of the money came out of their own pockets. i thought that the acting and the music was freakin' awesome, again considering the budget the effects were very well done. anyway i respect your opinion but i do recommend this movie and hope you see it before you solidify your OWN opinions :D definatily see this movie if you have the opportunity, a mate watched it 3 times 1day :D x

@Screamqueen2 They were meant to be part of the comedy of the movie, because Repo is a very dark film... So I agree that the Largo Brothers were great, especially in "Mark it up".
I disagree but, I respect your opinion, because you don't look like your really not into that gut stuff. Either am I but it was good I watched it with 2 7th graders (8th now) and 1 4th grader(5th now). I am in fifthgrade and it was a great movie. The song you liked was called Infected.
I disagree. I'm not into all the goth/emo shit, but I think this is far from that kind of a movie. It's more of a Burton-esque type of thing set towards a more mature audience. I think, as cheesy as some of the songs were, it has a certain charm about it that is VERY original for the 21st Century. I think that the way they handled the production of this movie is the reason it's not as big (or accepted) as it could have been. I guess you just need to have a very open mind to see the creativity.

I actually just watched this movie today. I agree for the most part, it's definitely not for everybody, and I too nearly turned it off when the 3 siblings were introduced. The only saving grace of it were some good actors/singers (Vega, Anthony Head, Paul Sorvini and Sarah Brightman), and a few catchy songs. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wasn't already a huge Saw/Bousman/slasher flick fan.
repo is actually one of my fav movies .... it was very well done ... almost all of the music was excilent for the most part the acting was great .... and terrance is a genius with a capital G oh yeah ... and anthonay stewert head .... one of the best british actors in my opinion .... but i will respect your opinion .... i would hella frikin recomend it
I just saw this movie and I have to say that I thought it was AMAZING!!!! I would highly reccomend it to anyone who likes bloody opera's. What really stuck with me were a few of the songs like "Infected, Chase The Morning, Zydrate Anatomy, ect. It's a movie you won't forget. :)
I really, really WANTED to like this movie after so many of my friends told me how awesome it was, but when I actually saw it I was incredibly disappointed. The visuals, story, and characters were all good, and the premise was cool. Everything was fine, except for the music. I can't express how much I hated the goddamn music. It completely ruined an otherwise interesting. Even the people I know who love this movie agree that it would have been better without the music. I'd give it a 5/10
@DrBreakfastMachine I would also like to mention that I'm into cult stuff and things generally seen as under-the-radar or experimental, the way Repo! was. I also don't have anything against musicals in general. Phantom of the Opera, Tommy, 1776, and Sweeney Todd are all amazing. Speaking of Sweeney Todd, the only thing that Repo really made me think about was how much it made me want to watch that far superior movie again.
I'm a huge Repo! fan, and I actually really liked this review. I like how you were balanced about everything, you mainly didn't like the movie, but you didn't totally bash it, which is what a good movie reviewer should do. One thing you were right about was how their lips sometimes didn't sync with the music, but I mean, I didn't pick that up the first time I watched it. The brothers, Luigi and Pavi, are actually my favorite characters and when you said "the guy with the face" i laughed:)
honestly my sister showed it to me, i didn't like it at first then as i listened to a few songs i started liking it and watched it again, loved it, as did all the friends i showed it to... i really just think people don't like it because its gory
You seem to be focusing on alot of small things and not the larger picture. Your looking at mouth matching to music? Dude how can you watch the movie and nitpic it like that. Repo is my favorite musical. Though its not even really a musical, its so much more, its a movie, its a story its horror, its a event. I highly recomend this to any music fans or gore lovers, you wont be dissapointed :D.

I've got to say I do love this movie, it is being considering a huge cult film as of now... but I do really get what you're saying. The movie as a whole could turn people off whether it be the concepts or the music. It's not for everyone, personally I found the dark musical theme very intriguing and reminiscent of Rocky horror picture show. And with the exception of a couple scenes (yes, paris' brothers were obnoxious) I really loved it and would watch it again. :)
This movie was awesome. I loved the story-line. Most of the musical numbers were well put together, there were a few that made me want to slam my head against a wall. But overall a great movie!
Not to necessarily insult you... but I have seen more than one of your reviews on some AMAZING movies and you always say you were not a fan. What I gather from the way you speak and your attitude towards this film is that cult films and artistic movies are not your pick. I would advise you to not review movies that take take time and open mindedness to appreciate. It seems you should stick to Tim Burton and Fast and the Furious >.>

I did not think I was going to love the movie because of the gore but the more I watched the more I got drawn into, I like complex stories and the music was extremely catching especially zydrate anatomy, weird and goth is not necessarily my thing but I do believe I fell in love with it because of the captivating story.
I loved Repo. So different and the music was amazing. The cast was great, and I think it is really worth watching if you dont mind some gore and a weird movie. They made Luigi and Pavi stupid and messed up in purpose because the move is so serious and needed a little relief. Great movie!
i watched repo probably about 10 times. i love it. its really interesting. i think pavi and luigi, which were the 2 brothers actually were one of the best parts of it. they were the comic relief of the movie. in fact, i have a lot of repo ringtones, and me and my friends sing repo songs all the time. repo actually kicked rocky horror to 2nd place in my favorite movie list. but im also 16, so that could be why.
The story, while I found it interesting, was somewhat hard to follow. I did have to watch the movie a couple times to fully understand it. Many lines of dialogue or lyrics of song, if they are missed, make it hard to comprehend what follows. That the storyline is somewhat dense, however, should not be a deterrent to the viewer because I do think it is a very captivating and unique movie.
I saw this movie for the first time a couple weeks ago, and I must say that I am now completely and fanatically in love with it. The music in the film was truly amazing - the songwriting/lyrics are excellent and the breadth of genres explored is simply unheard of in most modern films. I loved the use of color, from the drabness of Shilohs bedroom and home to the glorious Technicolor of the carnival and the opera scenes.
it was basically more of a "you have to like weird stuff to like this" so i loved it :D but yeah, some parts were lame, and the synching was bad, except for shilo and blind mag, oh and nathan, they were epic
The plot is one of the most in depth plots I've seen in a movie in a long time. It took me a few times watching the movie to fully grasp it.
The music is incredibly unique. I love how it is not a musical, but it is truly an opera. A music randomly bursts into song, but an opera creates everything, even dialect, into singing.
I could completely understand it not being someone's thing, but it is definitely turning into a cult classic.
I'm a fan of it, and while I don't think that the movie achieves 'greatness,' I agree with your opinion - if you know that you like this kind of stuff, you will like this. It's a good example of what it's supposed to be. If not, don't bother. It's more of an experience than a movie, and you'll only appreciate its depths if you can appreciate its shallows first. If you didn't like the trailer, you won't like the movie...
I, personally, LOOVEEE Repo. In my opinion I found it really entertaining and all the music was really catchy. But I understand what you're saying about Luigi and Pavi, the two brothers. They really are annoying. But other then that I did really like it and I would recommend it.

When I first saw the movie,I hated it. I really did. I hated it near with a passion. It just seemed too weird and different to me...
A while later, I couldn't stop myself from thinking about it. I went back, listened to the soundtrack a lot, and then gave the movie another try. I loved it then. I think it's a move that grows on you.
Like most of the people commenting here, I enjoyed Repo! The Genetic Opera.
About the only thing I didn't really like about the movie was the gore-content. But it was expected seeing as the plot involves repossession of organs. So I just covered my eyes at those parts.
Otherwise, it was a great movie that made me realize operas aren't all similar.
However, I respect your opinion and review. I thank you for being honest and making it clear it's only your opinion. Not many people do that.
I've watched Repo! & I personally love it. Btw the brothers names are Pavi (the guy with face is technically a rapist) & Luigi (he is technically a murderer) & that song you liked is called Infected. I saw Repo and loved the movie. My favorite parts were with the GraveRobber and Blind Mag. Blind Mag is amazing because Sarah Brightman plays her and she is the most amazing singer ever. She was so awesome in The Phantom of the Opera play. : ) Of course there were parts in the movie that I didn't like. I especially didn't like the ending but overall I loved the music and loved the movie.
I mostly love it for the music, because I just really love music. I don't know what it is about the film either, I think I could minus the blood and guts. I don't know why just not a blood and guts person. I could handle the ending how bloody it was. But at the beginning when there was a lot of slashing and taking out organs I didn't like that. But it's not a movie I'd watch 20,000 times, but I would listen to the music over and over again.
You didn't mention Anthony Stewart Head or Sarah Brightman once! Sarah Brightman was perfect as Blind Mag and there really could be no better Repo Man than Anthony Stewart Head. I think this movie had many more positive aspects to it than mentioned. Personally, I liked the combination of music styles explored in this movie. It goes from opera to punk to metal and has everything in between. All the different musicians brought in just to find the right sounds to the right songs is amazing!
I loved it, but Repo isn't for everyone. I honestly wouldn't have sat through Mark It Up if I hadn't seen Chase the Morning and Zydrate Anatomy before I even watched the movie. I was very obsessed with it for a while after watching it, but some people may be put off by certain trivial(in my opinion) aspects of the movie.
And I totally agree that Pavi and Luigi were just plain annoying, especially in Mark It Up. I've watched most of Repo many times, but I only sat through that scene once.

Well, guys. I was on the fence about the movie, and I saw it with my awesome friend. I also love musicals and rock operas. So I totally watched this movie and I was totally impressed. There were some parts that seemed to be just thrown together, but besides from that I really loved it. The music I thought was pretty catchy, and it isn't a rare site to see me listening to the music on youtube.
I think that if you open your eyes to see what this movie truly is, you'd fall in love with it.
repo is my favorite movie in the world! if you could not get into it then you are gust ignorant and stupid! really i get the entire movie and the music! and infected is not the only good song! legal assassin is my favorite and in my opinion the best on the track!! watch it again and really pay attention! maybe then you could comprehend the dichotomy of the entire story!
I think there were many good moments in this movie. When Graverobber is introduced, he's mysterious and he shocks the audience with sticking that needle in the dead corpses' noses. The best song Shilo sings is the very last song, in my opinion. But out of the whole movie I would say that the guy from Buffy was my favorite vocalist. I would love to hear him sing all day, he screams beautifully. Mag's eyes looked great. I do however think a couple of parts could have been casted better.
I loved Repo but I agree that there were a lot of things wrong with it. This is HIS review of what HE thought about it. Just because you don't agree doesn't mean you should go around calling him an asshole. He didn't like the movie, so what!? I don't like people going around calling people assholes. I can understand how someone may not like it, but seriously, this movie was AMAZING. It's called a "Goth Opera" by Graverobber himself, so it may be more directed towards a certain kind of audience. I must agree with whgwcd though; Repo! really was a unique kind of movie - you generally don't see operas all about the dark side of humanity & the struggles they go through. All in all, Repo! the Genetic Opera was fantastic. Recommend it, big time. :)

My opinon on comic based movies are alright. The only movies that were worth watching have been. Sin City, 300, The Dark Night, yes and no for Tank Girl. (It was bad-ass to have one of Jamie Hewitt's comics come to life on the screen. But it could've had just a bit more zest. Still worth a few views. ) Not too crazy about a lot Marvel movies.

I think Repo is pretty good in it's own way. It wasn't in theaters where I live when it was first came out. I heard of it a top 13 list of worst songs and made me want to see it just once to see if it's ok. It's like a Sweeney Todd with rock-opera music and with a Rocky horror cult in my opinion.

I really don't understand (at all) how this movie so polarizes viewers opinions. People either fanatically love it, or never want to see it again. I have seen the movie, when my roommate bought the DVD. She only told me it was a "Sweeney Todd-ish Rock-Opera". I loved it. I spent the next two days humming the songs and re-watching clips on youtube when I could. I was floored to find it had been received so poorly in boxoffice. How is it I can find Repo! amazing, while others can barely stand it?

I agree with you on many parts. I thought that the Largo brothers had so much more potential. There were a few things that you didn't mention about the movie that I would like to point out.
The song "seventeen" was totally wrong for the movie. It just went in the opposite direction of the rest of the movie and it totally ruined the mood for me. The other thing that I didn't like were the sound effects. The sound effects in "Mark It Up" and the effects while Nathan was killing people were bad.

I will admit, I can see why a lot of people wouldn't like it, but... If you're a huge music person, regardless of genre, then you should enjoy the songs pretty well...
By the way, the "guy with the face" is Pavi, and the other brother is Luigi (sp?), and the song is "Infected".
I'm a huge fan of Repo personally, but then again, I'm a theater person, and I love Rocky Horror Picture Show. It's for people who like different.

i respect your individual opinion, but what you have to remember is that they didn't really have much of a budget, most of the money came out of their own pockets. i thought that the acting and the music was freakin' awesome, again considering the budget the effects were very well done. anyway i respect your opinion but i do recommend this movie and hope you see it before you solidify your OWN opinions :D definatily see this movie if you have the opportunity, a mate watched it 3 times 1day :D x

I disagree. I'm not into all the goth/emo shit, but I think this is far from that kind of a movie. It's more of a Burton-esque type of thing set towards a more mature audience. I think, as cheesy as some of the songs were, it has a certain charm about it that is VERY original for the 21st Century. I think that the way they handled the production of this movie is the reason it's not as big (or accepted) as it could have been. I guess you just need to have a very open mind to see the creativity.

I actually just watched this movie today. I agree for the most part, it's definitely not for everybody, and I too nearly turned it off when the 3 siblings were introduced. The only saving grace of it were some good actors/singers (Vega, Anthony Head, Paul Sorvini and Sarah Brightman), and a few catchy songs. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wasn't already a huge Saw/Bousman/slasher flick fan.

I just saw this movie and I have to say that I thought it was AMAZING!!!! I would highly reccomend it to anyone who likes bloody opera's. What really stuck with me were a few of the songs like "Infected, Chase The Morning, Zydrate Anatomy, ect. It's a movie you won't forget. :)

I really, really WANTED to like this movie after so many of my friends told me how awesome it was, but when I actually saw it I was incredibly disappointed. The visuals, story, and characters were all good, and the premise was cool. Everything was fine, except for the music. I can't express how much I hated the goddamn music. It completely ruined an otherwise interesting. Even the people I know who love this movie agree that it would have been better without the music. I'd give it a 5/10

I also don't have anything against musicals in general. Phantom of the Opera, Tommy, 1776, and Sweeney Todd are all amazing. Speaking of Sweeney Todd, the only thing that Repo really made me think about was how much it made me want to watch that far superior movie again.

I'm a huge Repo! fan, and I actually really liked this review. I like how you were balanced about everything, you mainly didn't like the movie, but you didn't totally bash it, which is what a good movie reviewer should do. One thing you were right about was how their lips sometimes didn't sync with the music, but I mean, I didn't pick that up the first time I watched it. The brothers, Luigi and Pavi, are actually my favorite characters and when you said "the guy with the face" i laughed:)

You seem to be focusing on alot of small things and not the larger picture. Your looking at mouth matching to music? Dude how can you watch the movie and nitpic it like that. Repo is my favorite musical. Though its not even really a musical, its so much more, its a movie, its a story its horror, its a event. I highly recomend this to any music fans or gore lovers, you wont be dissapointed :D.

I've got to say I do love this movie, it is being considering a huge cult film as of now... but I do really get what you're saying. The movie as a whole could turn people off whether it be the concepts or the music. It's not for everyone, personally I found the dark musical theme very intriguing and reminiscent of Rocky horror picture show. And with the exception of a couple scenes (yes, paris' brothers were obnoxious) I really loved it and would watch it again. :)

What I gather from the way you speak and your attitude towards this film is that cult films and artistic movies are not your pick. I would advise you to not review movies that take take time and open mindedness to appreciate. It seems you should stick to Tim Burton and Fast and the Furious >.>

I did not think I was going to love the movie because of the gore but the more I watched the more I got drawn into, I like complex stories and the music was extremely catching especially zydrate anatomy, weird and goth is not necessarily my thing but I do believe I fell in love with it because of the captivating story.

i watched repo probably about 10 times. i love it. its really interesting. i think pavi and luigi, which were the 2 brothers actually were one of the best parts of it. they were the comic relief of the movie. in fact, i have a lot of repo ringtones, and me and my friends sing repo songs all the time. repo actually kicked rocky horror to 2nd place in my favorite movie list. but im also 16, so that could be why.

The story, while I found it interesting, was somewhat hard to follow. I did have to watch the movie a couple times to fully understand it. Many lines of dialogue or lyrics of song, if they are missed, make it hard to comprehend what follows. That the storyline is somewhat dense, however, should not be a deterrent to the viewer because I do think it is a very captivating and unique movie.

I saw this movie for the first time a couple weeks ago, and I must say that I am now completely and fanatically in love with it. The music in the film was truly amazing - the songwriting/lyrics are excellent and the breadth of genres explored is simply unheard of in most modern films. I loved the use of color, from the drabness of Shilohs bedroom and home to the glorious Technicolor of the carnival and the opera scenes.

I loved Repo! The Genetic Opera.
The plot is one of the most in depth plots I've seen in a movie in a long time. It took me a few times watching the movie to fully grasp it.
The music is incredibly unique. I love how it is not a musical, but it is truly an opera. A music randomly bursts into song, but an opera creates everything, even dialect, into singing.
I could completely understand it not being someone's thing, but it is definitely turning into a cult classic.

It's a good example of what it's supposed to be. If not, don't bother. It's more of an experience than a movie, and you'll only appreciate its depths if you can appreciate its shallows first. But I am the type that would be part of that cult - I am into rocky horror etc, I like musical theatre, rock and goth...
But I had my friends over to watch it and they loved it too, the storyline and the music - which I can't stop listening to.
Fair enough if it isn't your kind of thing but it is still worth a watch.
I do think it is cult - but less of a 'small' one and more of a big one as my friends and I make up a small cult ourselves. :)

When I first saw the movie,I hated it. I really did. I hated it near with a passion. It just seemed too weird and different to me...
A while later, I couldn't stop myself from thinking about it. I went back, listened to the soundtrack a lot, and then gave the movie another try. I loved it then. I think it's a move that grows on you.

Like most of the people commenting here, I enjoyed Repo! The Genetic Opera.
About the only thing I didn't really like about the movie was the gore-content. But it was expected seeing as the plot involves repossession of organs. So I just covered my eyes at those parts.
Otherwise, it was a great movie that made me realize operas aren't all similar.
However, I respect your opinion and review. I thank you for being honest and making it clear it's only your opinion. Not many people do that.

I've watched Repo! & I personally love it. Btw the brothers names are Pavi (the guy with face is technically a rapist) & Luigi (he is technically a murderer) & that song you liked is called Infected. But anyway I can see where you were right about it being a cult film cuz it is. if u get the chance & haven't seen them yet look up the deleted scenes. or get it on blu-ray. but I'm not a Saw fan myself so its a little different for me.

anyway, did you at least appreciate how good some of the perfomances were, i thought that the singing was amazing (not to mention the backingtrack)

As a Repo fan, I respect your opinion.
It's not a movie for everyone, most assuredly, and I think that most "normal" people would indeed have a difficult time getting into this movie. I appreciate the way you handled this review.

I saw Repo and loved the movie. My favorite parts were with the GraveRobber and Blind Mag. Blind Mag is amazing because Sarah Brightman plays her and she is the most amazing singer ever. She was so awesome in The Phantom of the Opera play. : ) Of course there were parts in the movie that I didn't like. I especially didn't like the ending but overall I loved the music and loved the movie.

I mostly love it for the music, because I just really love music. I don't know what it is about the film either, I think I could minus the blood and guts. I don't know why just not a blood and guts person. I could handle the ending how bloody it was. But at the beginning when there was a lot of slashing and taking out organs I didn't like that. But it's not a movie I'd watch 20,000 times, but I would listen to the music over and over again.

You didn't mention Anthony Stewart Head or Sarah Brightman once! Sarah Brightman was perfect as Blind Mag and there really could be no better Repo Man than Anthony Stewart Head. I think this movie had many more positive aspects to it than mentioned. Personally, I liked the combination of music styles explored in this movie. It goes from opera to punk to metal and has everything in between. All the different musicians brought in just to find the right sounds to the right songs is amazing!

I loved it, but Repo isn't for everyone. I honestly wouldn't have sat through Mark It Up if I hadn't seen Chase the Morning and Zydrate Anatomy before I even watched the movie. I was very obsessed with it for a while after watching it, but some people may be put off by certain trivial(in my opinion) aspects of the movie.
And I totally agree that Pavi and Luigi were just plain annoying, especially in Mark It Up. I've watched most of Repo many times, but I only sat through that scene once.

I personally love repo!! I know it is not for everyone and understand when someone dosnt like it or get it, i personally like weird movies and thought that darren did a great job of directing saw 2,3, and 4. I do agree with you that saw 4 was not as good as two but it was much better than 5. Again im glad you gave repo a chnace and for those who love it tell your friends! testify!

I don't agree with this review, but I'm glad that you gave Repo a chance. It's really not for everyone, but the people who love it (like me) REALLY LOVE it. But it's great that you gave it a chance :)

I absolutely LOVED this movie. As of right now, this movie is my favorite without a doubt.
Pavi and Luigi were probably meant to be played obnoxious. For one, they are the richest family in the world (In the movie, of course) So, they were probably meant to be obnoxious,greedy, and snobby.
This was an amazing movie! I want to buy it!! I can't get enough of it. I DO RECOMMEND IT. >x]

I LOVED Repo. I also love just about every musical. Especially dark musicals like this. It's just so new and different. I loved it. I actually disagree with you on one of your videos for a change, lol. But, that's ok. I still loved hte movie<3

Well, guys. I was on the fence about the movie, and I saw it with my awesome friend. I also love musicals and rock operas. So I totally watched this movie and I was totally impressed. There were some parts that seemed to be just thrown together, but besides from that I really loved it. The music I thought was pretty catchy, and it isn't a rare site to see me listening to the music on youtube.
I think that if you open your eyes to see what this movie truly is, you'd fall in love with it.

repo is my favorite movie in the world! if you could not get into it then you are gust ignorant and stupid! really i get the entire movie and the music! and infected is not the only good song! legal assassin is my favorite and in my opinion the best on the track!! watch it again and really pay attention! maybe then you could comprehend the dichotomy of the entire story!

I think there were many good moments in this movie. When Graverobber is introduced, he's mysterious and he shocks the audience with sticking that needle in the dead corpses' noses. The best song Shilo sings is the very last song, in my opinion. But out of the whole movie I would say that the guy from Buffy was my favorite vocalist. I would love to hear him sing all day, he screams beautifully. Mag's eyes looked great. I do however think a couple of parts could have been casted better.

I loved Repo but I agree that there were a lot of things wrong with it. This is HIS review of what HE thought about it. Just because you don't agree doesn't mean you should go around calling him an asshole. He didn't like the movie, so what!? I don't like people going around calling people assholes. i really liked it. it's like
rocky horror picture show meets tim burton's sweeney todd meets some whole new freaky deaky world. just really cool.
though i agree, the paris hilton's character's brothers were really obnoxious.
anthony stewart head and sarah brightman were amazing. and alexa vega was too.
