  • woahhh.....love those days !

  • Laserdiscs 1978-2001 the first was jaws. one of the last was star wars episode 1....When the laserdiscs were release they were aiming for the same sound and picture(sort of) as that you see in the movie theaters. and today they do pack a really good punch for sound quality.

  • wow!!! a blast from the past!

  • blue ray starwars 1 through 6 both veriosn in animoprhic relase not stupied letter boy

  • OMG What's The Name of the song at 25:34 ?

  • Already??

  • Laser discs, as they were marketed in the '80s and '90s, were the equivalent of 12 inch "78 rpm" records and 16 inch "33rpm" transcription discs- big and bulky- and were succeeded in later years by smaller 12 inch "33" vinyl discs...and DVD's are the successor to the "laser disc" format...who knows what'll replace THEM in a few years??

  • Dude, Blu-Rays are replacing DVDs.

  • @BrigidaGoneStupid true but the same basic idea im think more or less MP4s

  • "Hot & Crusty" doesn't sound so appetizing to me -- sounds like a nasty skin disease.

It seemed like those LaserDiscs came & went in a flash.

  • Wow! Those are really big DVDs!

    J/K!

  • Those were the days! I can't believe I spent that much per movie. I love laserdiscs though.
