wow thx dude been tryin to find a vid teachin how to make it so enemy can't seee through things this is gonna really help in the spy game im making but is there a way to do the same thing only like with a circle cus with this u cood just in beetween the sight balls and be right next to him and he wouldn't see u
Dude like I need like a favor???? I was making this game thing with the demo a few months ago and I need it to become an exe I can't do it with the demo help??????
Tip: Next time you make a tutorial "which is good". Try using the GRID FEATURE in mmf2 to make objects and obsticals snap to a grid which is SO MUCH easier when making levels and placing objects.
@yungpadiwan There's a tool available on the clickteam website, the Extension Updater. It lists all available extensions, you just check the ones you want.
Question: How do I make a random number of objects appear at a random location on a map that is not occupied by another object? I've made a maze generator and I need stuff for the player to pick up in the maze =)
Sorry, but you're horrible with Multimedia Fusion 2, or any Klik program for that matter, also, I know it's not your fault but your posh accent is really distracting me from learning anything. (Not that I am learning anything from this guide) Maybe you could loosen up?
Multimedia Fusion 2 does have a quick resize guy. You just click the object slowly 3 times and you will see a multipoint box.Just like ms paint you drag a square and there you go,Resized! Where did you get all those plugins? I have Multimedia Fusion Developer.
Indeed that works. You could also forgo the object and add to the event stating that the enemy is less than the position on the center of the screen + screenwidth/2 and greater that screen - screenwidth/2. and the top and bottom etc.
Good spy on that. You could also add an always event of the opposite of that which deletes the sight objects should they leave view.
nice idea. There is a way to fix the problem with to many objects on the screen. Just make an active object that covers the whole screen and then let the objects shoot their sight balls if they are overlapping that screen object.
thx, nice tutorial, I'm 15 and a big MMF2 user too, and dont listen to bad comments, I like your accent =]
I'll maybe do some tutorials next time

@BlazefireHedgehog Yeah this was just a sample, to show how to make a seeing AI, in a real environment I'd use the snap feature.

@moonyjacob Haha, posh? It's a northern accent, far from posh. Sadly I can't really do any other type of accent.
I never claimed to be an MMF2 expert, but not many people know how to make a simple AI.

@Yamiscott Chill I just felt like a dick head that day and took it out on your educational video. Apoligizes.
