There are thousands of bands like this that TRY HARD to play like this. It's not "improper" it takes days on end of rehearsals to get the precise delivery they give on every show. You sir are intolerant of music genres you aren't familiar with. Real music fans don't deal in absolutes, as music is a subjective medium.

Saw them in Brooklyn Backyard the day before (bruises still aren't healed, it was completely worth it), it might've been the best show I've ever been to. I hear the crowds in Philly are double as enthusiastic as in Brooklyn, I'd love to see Lightning Bolt there. I'd love to see Lightning Bolt again everywhere.

I'm from Philly originally. I understand why they are playing on the stage, too fucked up on the floor for them. People in Philly are really enthusiastic as you say. Fuck, this is the only video I have seen of them on a stage anywhere. Yeah Philly that's my city.
