misses the point... the japanese office worker puts the stamp on to say that the paper has passed inspection... but she's not even looking at the papers!!! So, the stamp is just an unnecessary bureaucratic requirement that helps her keep her job. Anyway, the only time I've ever seen Japanese office workers working that fast is two hours after the end of their shift, just after the boss finally leaves the office. They do nothing from 2 to 6 pm.
