This was useless. A dry cloth just dries it, which makes it worse! Put petroleum jelly under the eyes, let it sit for about 10 mintues, then wipe it off (with a cloth and warm water) to get rid of junk. For the red marks, use diluted or just plain peroxide on a cloth and rub it on and let it sit. Tear stains can be caused by a lot of things, but I read somewhere that feeding your dog liver and switching to purified water help to.
That was ABSOLUTELY stupid. That will not get rid of a tear stain. WTF?
