@thegameenforcer i was saying (based on n64 game anyway) eva games will suck if constricted to simply playing out the events of the series- i'm sure it would be possible to make a good game, but if you wanted to experience fighting in an 'eva' or any other anime featured mech, an allstar beat'em up would easily work (search SCWU_GENKAITOPPA -like that only you don't play as cos-players) its just an idea for a game that could involve evas with good gameplay.

eva n64 was shit bitch slapping contest- eva controled fighting could be awsome but as its a use only when needed weapon it would be hard to go beyond boss after boss slug fest (shadow of the collosous was arguably like that) should shrink em down and guest star them in a anime all-stars beat'm up- if unit 01 looses super shrunk shinji ejects but plonks into apponant and the runs of screaming (auska would get out and boot em in the foot like scrabby doo and rei gets picked up by gendocopter)

Dunno bout the gameplay... the hard part about making an Evangelion game is that Evangelion follows such a strict storyline that the only suitable games are... ficticous. I hope it's not a "movie" game. but i wonder, how are they planning to pit unit-04 against unit-01?

Re-Take; this would make a good game because Shinji is trying to right the wrong he has caused or allowed. Or the robot wars MX game on the psp. I've seen that gameplay and its good! Kinda like Advance Wars.

don't b too hard on them. i'm sure that only a handful of fans would pick it up here. they decided that the western market doesn't receive anime games well. (which is probably why we never got 2 see Fullmetal Alchemist 3) at least b grateful that they brought over cool games lik persona 3, RE:chain of memories, and eureka 7.(i'm sure with the release of the live action movie they'll begin to consider localising more evangelion stuff)
