Apparently you're allowed to drive at the age of 16 in United States. This differs from state to state though (I'm not from the US myself). I'm sure that there's a state that allows people at the age of 15 to drive too, probably 14 as well, though, with a restricted license with rules such as you're not allowed to drive from 11pm to 7am and such, but then again, this differs from state from state. This is only from my understand, I'm not sure if any facts.
