rob you are well built for your height with very little fat. Most guys I see your height range 5'8.5''-5'8.75'' are either skinny fat in the 170 range or skinny 145-150.
Cool. Why dont you instead place your head and back against the wall? I too, measure myself facing the wall and it makes me 1/4 of an inch taller for some reason. Cool video by the way.
@micyficy I've heard Rob say before that measuring while facing the wall will be more accurate since there's a tendency to not stand completely straight with your back to the wall for whatever reason.

The stadiometer gives about 2mm extra height to measurements.

Yeah, you can still get small error with measurements like that if you don't make sure the can is in the centre or flush to the wall.
