How long did you transition?

@cumensu I transitioned for 6 months. In late decemeber 2008 (the day after 00:21 was taken) i started treating my hair as if it was natural. I would have transitioned for longer but a lot of the styles I wanted to do did not work with my permed ends. Often times I ended up cutting pieces here and there. By the time june 09 came most of my permed hair was all gone and i just snipped off the little bit that was left.

What do you do at a construction site are you a CE?

@cumensu I am an Owners Rep; Help select designers and construction companies; oversee the build, make sure things are done well and on time and pay everyone for their services :-)

@Naturaljacq I live in North Carolina which can get pretty cold. There are times when I feel my hair just isn't growing so you're not alone. I usually forced myself to do more protective styles, be more gentle during detangling, moisturize my ends with water and seal with extra virgin olive oil and i usually see a difference. :-)

Thank you everyone for all your wonderful comments. I often struggled during my journey to find ideas and I wished there was a one stop shop. I was very glad to compile all these styles just for you. I hope they were go to styles or at least inspired a style in your mind. If there are any in particular you would like to see let me know and I'll gladly make a video. I did all these styles myself. No I am not a hair stylist. :-) I'm actually a construction manager. Thanks again :-)
