I believe that if there is an affordable option for you to get insurance and you refuse then you should be refused care. There will not be any excuse not to have it since it will be based on your income. Refusal of care will not happen though so don't worry you will still get your free health care payed for by the government and the tax payers regardless without spending a dime. The rest of us will pay premiums so you can keep mooching don't worry.

Google: David Camp congressman, click on PELOSI: Buy a $15,000 Policy or Go to Jail, then look for the 4 page letter from the joint comittee on taxation which verified for David Camp that the amended bill will have penalties for not signing up for insur which could be $250K in fines or 5 yrs in jail.
