I've seen friends of mine literally robbed of US$100s worth of L$ - by Lindens. I've seen CEOs wipe their asses with millions of dollars (e.g. AvaLine.) I've seen Philip abandon responsibility for this festering shit-heap at least twice. Perhaps more to the point, I've been disconnected going over shitty border crossings probably 1,000+ times. It's all true. I wrote all that stuff about how awful Second Life is. TheMeif was in fact using my computer a few days ago and I didn't realize he was still logged in. I stand by 100% of what I said. I was willing to put up with how shitty it was for a long time because A) I figured out they needed more time to figure stuff out and B) the social aspect was fun. However, A) they have had ten years to unfuck Second Life and have failed utterly and B) their abuse dept. is like a backwater sherriff.

Very tight build, and nice video too. It's a shame that the SL infrastructure is so lame, really unbelievable what some people manage given the limitations; well done.
I'm not sure if I'd be putting myself at risk for copyright infringement if I exactly duplicate a Lear and especially if I call it such. I am reasonably certain that US military aircraft (being contract work done for the US government) are not protected in that way. So I'm a little more comfortable doing warbirds.
I'm pretty sure my next airplane is going to be a military jet. You are already in the VHI group so you'll get an announcement about it when the time comes!
I don't usually let the cat out of the bag until I've got a working prototype, since I have changed my mind on these things in the past. At the moment I'm working on a "just for me" airplane. I've got a warbird about half done, geometry wise, but SL keeps chewing up the sculpt maps and making it look lumpy. (This is because sculpt maps approximate the vertexes rather than exactly defining them.) I may wait until REAL mesh import (late this year/early next) to continue.
